Peaceful waves

As the name suggests it was VERY Peaceful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wishing it was longer. Positive: Location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Very clean and well thought out. Plenty of Board Games for those rainy days. Even a packet of cookies on the table for us on arrival. So close to all the amenities. Plenty to go and see. Awesome Restaurants nearby. Any communication was promptly answered. The beds are comfy, plenty of bedding available. Heating and cooling was good. Even a short drive to Stony Point Ferry for crossing over to Phillip Island. Fort Nepean is a very interesting place to visit. All Smiles restaurant is a nice place to visit. We will highly recommend this place to family and friends. Negative: Honestly we didn't find anything to not like.

We had a great time! Lovely house and very helpful host. Thank you Peter! We hope to return again! Positive: Air conditioning was brilliant. We were in the house with over 40 degrees outside. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge. Wifi, TV quality excellent. Kitchen and laundry facilities excellent. Peter was very friendly and easy to contact. Thanks for all your help, Peter!

Great location, lots of beds - family loved it Positive: Fantastic home which we found close to Rye centre and many other front and back beaches. The house was beautifully presented and to our surprise included many other small extras that were handy. Overall a wonderful stay and I would not hesitate in recommending this house to others.

Successful, awesome experience Positive: We liked how comfortable the property was and the facilities were exceptional. The open plan of the house and the decking allowed for maximum enjoyment. The barbeque in particular made the experience awesome. Negative: Nothing really, everything about the property was really good.
